For Hollywood Orchid Suites, satisfying clients is the greatest of its challenges. The suite ought to make a better strategy that will suit its interests as well as those of the clients, workers, and suppliers. In addition, convincing customers that Hollywood Orchid Suites is a better choice than other hotels is another challenge even when their prices are low. Although Hollywood Orchid Suites has an excellent reputation with its past customers, many other hotels are competing against it by offering either quality services or lower prices. Hollywood Orchid Suites does not have the same resources that two star and three star hotels have so as to be up to the clients’ level.
A final challenge is that Hollywood Orchid Suites has tried to differentiate itself by providing high-quality service and construction, but it is being pushed into competing on price instead. Customers often do not understand why the hotel does not have provisions that are up to the three-star hotels around the place. Furthermore, with few employees, there is delay in serving them; hence complaints arise in the course of the serving time.
