Natural selection is the engine that drives evolution. This mechanism causes those organisms that are "abnormal" to live through an environmental change, making them the "new normal." According to the Theory of Evolution, over time this can cause an organism to change into a completely different life form. The evidence of natural selection has been documented in history but not enough that to reclassify its species. Our ecosystem is susceptible to continuous and rapid change. Organisms that cannot adapt to such changes will be handicapped or even die. Natural selection isn’t something that is caused by a third party outsider. Instead it is a something that produces better adaptations within its own stressors.

He wants to know why someone that is intelligent, worldly and has researched the subject of evolution and has all of its findings in front of him or her simply cannot accept it. One thing I noticed though is he also doesn’t truly compare why the evolutionary timeline and that of creationists follow has any likeness. Instead Coyne states that with such grandiose “facts” like the fossil record, or that of biogeography, embryology, and vestigial structures, and so on and so forth should be far more than enough to convince that someone mentioned that evolution has been proven true. He continues on hinting that each and every day new scientific research appears within multiple location to continue to prove what evolution is. Every fossil that we find, every DNA molecule that we sequence, every organ system that we dissect supports the idea that species evolved from common ancestors. Despite innumerable possible observations that could prove evolution untrue, we don’t have a single one (Coyne
