Review Active Shooter Flow Chart: Council members were provided information on current procedures to react to an active shooter incident. Additionally, emphasis was made to ensure all personnel is brief on these established procedures found in the 201st Regiment Safety SOP.
6. Leadership Concerns:
a) LTC Doris Camacho: Request status on main building (Bldg.205) parking lot which light system is not operational. MSG Martinez (S-4) explained that still pending in the State Energy Company to energize the system in order to enable functionality. MSG Martinez will conduct follow-up to provide updated status.
b) CSM Marcos A. Santiago: Made emphasis on the importance for All Terrain Vehicles’ operators to use required personal protective equipment to ensure safety standards are met and safety culture is sustained. Additionally, discussed the importance to all leaders to ensure medical personnel is presented in main events.
c) MSG Eduardo E. Villegas: Made awareness for the organization to complete drivers training to ensure all personnel have current licenses. CSM Santiago directed to set for 15 OCT 17 as suspense date to complete GSA training. Additionally, MSG Martinez will coordinate with FMS#9 to ensure all Soldiers receive training in all vehicles used within the
