I will have a better understanding of myself and this will help me think more deeply about my personal philosophy on child education, care, and development. It lets me know if there will be any conflicts in personality between me and a student, such as a child needing rules, order, and routine while I prefer to have a relaxed, flexible, and constantly changing classroom. And I will know how to better react to any conflicts between the child’s personality traits and my own and how to adjust the classroom so that the child feels comfortable, respected, and included.
