It’s important to have opinions you can share, but equally important not to force your opinions on others. This includes religion and government policies- two particularly sensitive camps.

- Establish good character traits and encourage others below you to do the same.
Goals
- Don’t swim upstream, rather use the current to help you get where you want to go.
- To achieve your objectives, establish goals well above them.
- Given appropriate time, goals are only difficult if you don’t know how to achieve them, so search out educational opportunities.

Use the resources you have and search for more to accomplish your goals and objectives

Politicians and Politics
- Most have three priorities; jobs, jobs, jobs- their jobs and are supported by their appropriate teams (for team sake) to the extreme. President Carter was one fine exception to the rule.
