1. What are your weaknesses?
One of my weakness is that I care too much about my task even if I finish my task. I care a lot if the task that I did is right and if I did my part the way it is supposed to be. My other weakness is that I want everything perfect because I am really organized and I want everything to organized and perfect.
2. What are your strengths?
My biggest strengths are I am always eager to learn about new things. I have a positive attitude; I trust what I have and I always try to improve myself.

Tell me about a time that you especially enjoyed your work. What were you doing? With whom?
The work that I enjoyed the most was when I volunteered in a Daycare in summer; in which I played with little kids and read books to them. We played different games every day and did different activities.
8. Describe a time when you got a classmates who did not like each other to work together? How did you accomplish this?
In one of my class, I was assigned a group project in which we had four people. Two of my group members did not like each other and wanted to do a project by their own and not as a group. So, then I presented them with an idea of working together and cooperating would finish the project way faster than working alone on a project. As a result, we finished the project in a short period of time.
9. Describe a time when you were faced with a stressful situation that demonstrated your coping skills.
When I arrived to America, I found that the schools in America are so different and every systems of the school are different. I was scared at first, but I handled the situation very well, very calmly; I asked for help when I didn’t understand something.
