Lynx have long legs and a short bobbed tail. They also have tufts of fur on their ears. Many people don’t know why they have those or don’t know that it is actual useful to them. The hair on their ears enhances their hearing. So they can hear their prey approaching. Lynx are built for the snow. They have very thick fur to keep them warm. They also have special paws that spread out when they walk and act like snowshoes. That makes it easier for them to walk in the snow. They have very good eyesight.
