I was interested in this chapter the most because I believe the concepts presented in this chapter are concepts that can be related to everyday life. Whether it is in a management situation or not I feel as tho chapter 9 of the “Essentials of Contemporary Management” textbook, provides me with skills that I can use to handle those situations. The chapter I was least interested in was chapter 1: Managers and Managing (Jones et. al, pg. 2-27). Although I found this a very informative chapter that describes some of the essential framework for managing, it was not the most interesting chapter I found in the text
