When I eat super fast, I tend to get way too full way too quick and end up feeling sick. The experience overall was very positive and helped me to refrain from overeating. After I was completed, I noticed that I was comfortably full and did not experience any cramps or feelings of bloatedness. Although, most of the strategies were successful, I noticed that some of them worked better than others. For example, setting a timer to eat in the dining hall was not very successful. I noticed that the my friends around me, since they were not experimenting with these strategies, would eat at a faster pace and it would influence me to eat faster. I regularly finished before the timer and found that it did not help me eat slower and focus more on enjoying my meal. In contrast, I think that by chewing more and chewing slower helped me to eat smaller portions that were more appropriate for my stomach. I think that I will try to continue to use this strategy in the future because I left the dining hall more pleasantly full not painfully full. Additionally, eating with my non dominant hand helped to slow down my eating, but I found myself unconsciously switching the utensils into the other hand. Therefore, I don't think this strategy will be very successful for me in the future. This is also true for eating chopsticks, although it helped me eat the sushi more effectively it did nothing to slow down my eating. I will continue to use chopsticks but I
