Will they be safe with an adoptive couple? Or will they reside in a foster home that is dirty, overcrowded, and under supervised? Many children who go into foster care result in neglect, abuse, and starvation due to the abundance of children who are put into foster care, with no one to adopt the children. The foster care system is overloaded, and unable to sustain every child, why should a child have to live a life such as that? Another argument that may lead to adoption, is what the financial status is of the parents. If the parents could not provide the essentials that a child needs, how would the child be affected emotionally, and physically when they’re deprived? It is understandable that parents would not bring their child into the world to be deprived, and distressed, when all a parent would like to do is to give their child the essentials, plus materialistic items. Abortion is a reasonable result of poor financial status, adoption, ultimately results in the conditions above.
