The dynamics of team interaction is quite complex, because there are things people do better together, and so there are things that leaders and members can do to support those efforts. However, a multitalented team doesn’t always equal a successful outcome. Therefore, specific techniques must be implemented to establish a pathway to group success. Team leaders and members need to make the team expectations perfectly clear, and every member should encourage teamwork through your conversations, feedback, and recognition. The actions of the member will show how important teamwork is to the entire team. Furthermore, the commitment to team success can help develop a commitment to personal success. This may require additional individual conversations, coaching and even conflict resolution. Attempting to do things that help teams become more committed to the team goal and each other.
