Every continent has a desert except Europe. The world's largest desert is the Sahara and it can found in Africa. Asia has small deserts compared to the Sahara. Australia is covered by 66% of desert. The Atacama and the Patagonia can be found in South America. In North America deserts can be found in southwestern United States and in northern Mexico. There are four deserts in the North American region: Chihuahuan, Great Basin, Sonoran, and the Mojave (Somervill, 13-15).

Building- Building has put a strain on the resources. Buildings make it hard for animals to find water and other resources they rely on to survive
