The definition of observational learning is people learn new responses by watching other’s behavior and their consequences. In one lesson, her elder female cousin who call Tiffany also study in that room with us. She just sit beside of Cissy. When Tiffany is thinking, she will rotating her pen and shaking her leg. At the same time, Cissy and I also pay attention in Tiffany. Just a while, Cissy started to reproduce the behavior like Tiffany when she are doing her homework. I think she will learn this behavior can be explained by her curiosity but if I stop her don’t do that may be she will not realize that shaking leg is a impolite behavior. As a consequences, I told Tiffany shaking leg is a bad habit and impolite to other who sit with you so she stop shake her leg and also Cissy. I never saw her shake her leg again. In view of that, other people in social environment like act as a role model. She will pay attention to the model and retention of what the model done.
