1/26/2016: I was called by Joel Rojas concerning a patient which Dr. Stewart wanted me to see. I was unable to meet with the patient while she was here for her visit; instead I consulted with Dr. Stewart when I became available. Dr. Stewart informed me that the patient recently moved her in August 2015 from Colorado, she has two children age 3 years old and 7 years old, is a victim of both verbal/emotional and physical abuse and is labile. Dr. Stewart stated that the patient reported having undiagnosed insomnia, migraines and possible PSTD. The patient reported to Dr. Stewart that she is receiving counseling from the Crisis Center, but could benefit from additional social services.
