Just then, I glanced over and saw a herd of deer. We stood on the trail to admire them since they have never stood so close. They had a beautiful latte brown fur coat. Their eyes were a deep brown with a feeling of awe and terror in them. Before we could say anything, the deer saw us and ran away.
