Animals have also been taken from caretakers that either neglect or abuse them. This means that these animals have suffered under someone’s care and must be taken away to a shelter or elsewhere so that they may receive proper care. There are many telltale signs that a animal isn’t healthy or happy. One way is to spot anything out of the ordinary that has to do with the animal. Another technique is to take a good look at the owner. If they are someone who is irate or has had domestic problems with family in the past, than you are right to be concerned about this animal. You can even make observations about the relationship between the owner and pet; if their pet is aggressive towards them, then that is a good indicator that the animal has been mishandled or hurt by the owner and is afraid of them. Whenever you see any of these signs, you should contact animal protection services so that they can do something about it. The last thing you should do is to directly confront the owner, as they may become aggressive towards you and could cause problems for you or their pet. However that doesn’t mean that others can’t do anything about it
