“Some 13,286 people were killed in the US by firearms in 2015, according to the Gun Violence Archive, and 26,819 people were injured [those figures exclude suicide]. Those figures are likely to rise by several hundred, once incidents during the final week of the year are counted” (BBC, 2). People have abused the right to bear arms in such violent ways worries many Americans. People that use guns to kill another person out of anger, sadness, or whatever their reason is to kill is abusing the right to have a gun. This abuse of being able to buy and use a gun to kill someone is why guns’ laws are starting to get debated on if stricter laws should be put onto get a gun. This will make it harder to buy guns even if it’s for the use of hunting. Stricter laws are maybe necessary because of increase violence used because of the abuse that’s been done to the second
