The subjects will strictly be focusing on lower- extremity injuries. Subjects diagnosed with other injuries, such as upper-extremity, or injuries caused by external forces other than high-intensity training dance will be eliminated. The subjects one week after the study will be measured for passive range of motion and strength endurance, based on the measurements, the subjects will return to their normal training routines.
The impact of physical therapy rehabilitation is measured one week prior to the rehabilitation treatment and one week following the eight-week rehabilitation treatment for all three treatment groups. Dr. X will assess the primary and final range of motion and endurance at Gottlieb Memorial Hospital (701 W North Ave, Melrose Park, IL 60160).
Coordination of this pilot study will be directed by the Principal Investigator will at Loyola University Chicago’s Exercise Science Department Laboratory. All patients data result forms will be stored in a locked file cabinet in the office of Veda
