If we are feeling all these emotions it may be difficult to overcome these negative emotions and especially by ourselves. Also studies have shown that having the support from peers or family members reduces stress. For example in a random selection of 120 students at the University of Malaysia were asked to answer questions about stress and students who reported having the most support from colleagues and their family were less stressed out than those who had less support ( Baqutayan, Shadiya ).
