The Ancient Rome had two important philosophies; Stoicism and Epicureanism. Stoicism’s theory is to live a life of pleasure by doing your job with the best of your ability. Although this was a theory used during ancient Rome, it was created by Zeno of Cyrus from Ancient Greece. As for Epicureanism, its theory is to live a life of pleasure, free from fear and pain. Epicureanism was from ancient Greece’s philosophical system taught by Epicurus. Although Epicureanism was not as popular as Stoicism, it was popular to the wealthy people. Ancient Greece created a massive system of architecture that gives hands to other nations to borrow. For instance, most of ancient Rome’s architecture got its traced from ancient Greece. Ancient Rome followed Greece’s established guidelines of architect with the use of: Doric, Ionic, and Corinthian. The Roman’s built off from ancient Greece’s foundation and added their own ideas.
