Ann Katzburg, President of SRVEA stated the SRVEEA’s will be held March 23rd at the Blackhawk Museum. She thanked the District for sending her and Bob Donovan to the Governor’s Budget workshop next week. The SRVEA executive Board has discussed negotiations and has developed three lists which include current needs, short term - up to 5 years and long term needs. Prior to the break a CTA journalist came to the District to write about the post-election incidents in the District. Ms. Katzburg has previewed the article and is pleased with the article and the District’s response. She asked the District to develop a contingency plan to cover staff when they are traveling to work during bad weather.
