Objectives:
• By February 2017, I will increase my English skills level by 30%.
• By December 2017, the number of the question in web-based self-assessment respond correctly will increase by 40%.
• By January of 2018, I will apply to NDEB Equivalency Process and submit my documents to verification.
• By August 2018, I will apply to Assessment of fundamental knowledge
• By December 2018, I will apply to Assessment of Clinical skills
• By February 2019, I will apply to Assessment of Clinical Judgment
• By December 2019, I will take written examination and NBED Certification
• By February 2020, I will apply to get provincial licensure.
Strategies: how I will achieve my objectives
• I will take English classes twice a week. Also I will take EILTS test twice a year to ensure my language skills are improving.
• During 2017, I will practice the exercises available in Web-based self-assessment to complete Assessment of Fundamental Knowledge successfully

After complete my Master degree, I will take a one month break to fresh and set up my mind. It will provide me energy and motivation that I need to keep going in my studies. After my short-break, I will keep focus to reduce my weakness. In 2017, I will take English classes to improve my language skills. Also, I will find part-time job that help me to practice my English skills and save money to pay expensive process fees in 2018. Studying and practicing exam in web-based self-assessment will provide confidence that I need to follow my goals.
