1. Please describe the implementation process for your safe-to-fail experiment. What business unit/function did you impact? Who were the stakeholders involved?
For the Safe-to-Fail experiment, I decided to choose 2 students within the Continuing Education Department that were interested in transferring to a 4 year university. My goal was to assist the students in transitioning to credit course in order to obtain their Associate Degree. I was allowed to use Web X services from my employer to implement a face to face advisement meeting with the students. I was also able to enlist the help of an actual college advisor whom provided me with a sample degree plan for the students. Although I was unable to provide a payment component to the experiment, I was able to provide the student with an appointment for a financial aid advisor.

Instead of one brief session, I provided students with two 30 minutes sessions. I also provided random times for question and answer session which lasted approximately 10 minutes. In the initial experiment I consider adding an overall one step process which included admission, enrollment, and advising and financial l aid. However, I was unable to coordinate with a few of the departments which hindered my ability to provide a full service. Due to my lack of ability to coordinate with all departments I would say that this dampened the overall
