First of all, when the car is getting stolen. This show situational irony because of the description of what Cheyenne feels when the person that steals the car. “Now the door slammed close, the SUV rocking a little as weight settled in the driver's seat.” This quote makes me feel like I am Cheyenne in the car when this is happening. Also, when cheyenne was in the car and there was little description of where she was going, but i still felt like i was here in the car being kidnapped. Lastly, i could really feel how she was feeling when she was running through the wood to get away, but all at the same time not seeing anything. This is how this book shows strong situational irony.
