Our project is a proposals for the donation of books and computers in high schools. The aim of this Project is to raise up the educational system, to provide modern equipment and books to students, which will all society benefit from in the future. Fruits of this Project are ongoing and at long term.
Although the Project has passed trough some very difficult phases we all made sure to come to its successful realization. During the implementation there was some delays caused by administration issues and paperwork. As this Project is from great importance for the whole community these obstacles are exceeded successfully. During the implementation of the project our biggest problem was replacing a crucial team member. This obstacle was avoidable as this team member unfortunately had an accident. While searching for the right person who would be appropriate several problems occurred. Information were late, other team members couldn’t cope with the voluminous tasks. Communication was poor. I realized that if this situation goes on the project will fail.
2) How did you ensure that issues, concerns and work performance problems identified by the project team were acknowledged and addressed?
I called a meeting with the rest of the team and we discussed about undertaking urgent measures so we can keep up with the project. We identified the issue and estimate all potential risks. We decided to hire a new specialist. Replacing the old team member won’t be easy but the risk of project delays was great.

I had to create friendly environment, making hard work easier. Organize some workshops, system of recognizing a hard work, rewarding and supporting new ideas.
10) What legislation were you required to take into consideration when working on a project? Were you required to alter the project at all due to legislative requirements?
Approvals from the Government. Lot of papers that approve that the recourses will not be used in other purposes except for the project aim purpose. This project is of great importance and it took more time than it should to provide these papers and fulfill the legislations but at the end everything was according the plan. Second phase was prolonged but we kept up with the project successfully.
11) Following the projects conclusion what unresolved issues were there and how did you communicate and follow these up?
As soon as we finished the project we received feedback from the school saying that some of the equipment were in a bad condition. To resolve this issue we had to take theseequipment back and service it but unfortunately this issue couldn’t be resolved during the project
