The purpose of this portfolio is to help me develop knowledge of intrapersonal and awareness my own strengths and weaknesses. Firstly, I specifically examine my strengths and weaknesses of my intrapersonal of those abilities that may possibly help me in my career life achieve for professional success. Secondly, those specific abilities may possibly benefit me in my chosen career—a senior manager for a multinational company. By The Big Five Model framework (Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism and Openness) indicate that the five factors can be valued as a measurement of employee development and also performance as workers’ attitudes and their behaviours (Neubert, 2004).
