While in middle school, I served as our chapter’s Reporter, Vice President, and President. In my freshman year, I was elected Reporter and in my sophomore year, Vice President. In my junior and senior year, I have served as our President. In leading my chapter, in both middle school and high school, I have experienced the demands of being a leader and I have learned not only how to be a good leader, but how to be a problem solver and a creative thinker.

The Superintendent’s Cabinet is an assemblage of esteemed high school students, handpicked by the Superintendent, that work to improve both our school and our community. I auditioned for a place within the Cabinet when I was a freshman and I have served ever since. Led by Superintendent Voegeli, I and the other Cabinet members serve as leaders to our school. We have been involved in many community projects working to benefit the school and our town. As a member of the Superintendent’s Cabinet, we are seen as leaders to our school.
