The major issue that surrounded the situation is perceived inequity among the team members from the supervisor I took the position from. The first is the physiological needs which represents the basic needs that every individual requires. People need to have food, clothing and even shelter to be able to perform well in the workplace. The second aspect that definitely affects the performance is safety. Employees should feel safe in their work place without uncertainty. People of different genders should also be comfortable in the workplace since their security is guaranteed if they are expected to deliver to the maximum productivity of the organization.
