It pin points those that want to lose weight by taking little steps at a time. These little steps are changes but they also consist of other things that are valuable also. One of the examples provided in this article is drink soda, specifically diet soda. The obese overweight consumers had if not the same amount of calories or even more compared to the regular soda consumers. I know this may seem shocking in which this case it is. The truth to this is the people that usually drink diet sodas are already obese and may consume more soda than the average regular soda drinker. Another informative thing in this article that people look pass on a daily basis is what they are eating. It is not just what you put in your mouth its the amount of calories inside of it. For example you could eat only breakfast and dinner and the calories in the food could be 10,000 and another person could eat breakfast lunch and dinner and it would only be 8,000 just because of what their intake was. Obesity has become one of the main issues in this world because its not just adults that are obese but also young children and that is sad. I 'm glad that I had the opportunity to inform my audience on obesity and hopefully it made others look at it in a different way. I don 't believe it is nasty or unsolvable but I do believe we can fix it through our school system and through the parents. Even if it consist of making your kids exercise 20 minutes a day or eat at least on healthy meal. It will always be important to be in shape because it shows how you as a person cherish the life you live and the body God has provided every one of us with. One quote that inspired me was in one of my article which said " to know and not to act is not to know" (Avromy Segal). This means if you know your obese or close to it and don 't make a part to change it then you are ignoring the fact and pretending as if you don 't know.
