Power-points
The power-points within the program consist of grammar points, activities that test your knowledge on the subject, and also chapters for the required books. It provides students with critical thinking questions and the necessary information required to take the quizzes. After every power-point, two practice quizzes and one …show more content…
Some include, active and passive voice, writing and essay, point of view, and many other helpful tools to use when writing and understanding text. These points include specific details on each subject that will be required to know in order to pass the quizzes that follow.
In most all of the power-points, there are two to three activities that test your knowledge on the subject without a counted grade. These activities can be taken as many times as the student needs. Some other activities are provided to help the students understand the subject in a visual rather than reading activity.
Other power-points are filled with downloadable chapters for the books that are required for the program. These power-points have about the author sections and reviews of the previous chapter read. These chapters ask the pupil to predict what will happen next, but also to pay attention to specific ideas. These power-points also have quizzes at the end of each section. Half-way through the books, there is an essay that is asked to be written by the student.
