Most People think that his name was Hercules, but that is actually the roman version. Heracles was the son of Zeus and a mortal woman. When he was a baby he was sent to earth to be with a mortal family. He grew to be immensely strong. Hera, Zeus’s wife, became angry that he had a child with another woman, so she gave heracles many dangerous tasks to punish him. The second hero I will mention is jason. Stories:
There are numerous stories of the egyptian gods most of them having to do with love affairs. In one story the sun god Ra finds his wife with one of the other gods and chases her out of the heavens. He gives up after getting tired of chasing her and forgives her. There were many tombs with drawings and symbols called hieroglyphics. All tombs have hieroglyphics that depict the journey into the afterlife and the weighing of your heart. Egyptians believed that if your heart was lighter that a feather( depending on what you did in your life) then you would go into the afterlife happy and in paradise.
