“Hi Surina, fancy meeting you here!” Giuseppe exclaimed.
“This thermal lake is the best!” Linda added while bobbing up and down in the lake. “Ever since I began swimming here for the past three days, my back feels more limber after the pain went away! We have many blessings on Gnaritus, such as a charming house in the Acqua borough. It is just as well for us that there are no accountants on Gnaritus since we needed a change from money mongering. My new position as an artist in residence at the Gnaritus Museum of Fine Arts is a dream job in fact. The best part is that …show more content…
“Today, we will start our journey to attain cosmic consciousness. First, let us remember the privilege of seeing the wondrous sights in the solar systems, interstellar space, and the intergalactic space during the journey here across the Milky Way Galaxy. In essence, cosmic consciousness is an awareness of the connections amongst all matter in the universe. Furthermore, it is a state of achieving pure knowledge of everything in the universe here and now without having to travel anywhere. There is no separation into distinct celestial bodies or human bodies since we are the same. Divisions, borders, boundaries, fences, and walls will all disappear after you achieve cosmic consciousness. For example, Earth defines and segregates humans arbitrarily according to skin color, race, gender, language, and socioeconomic status. On the other hand, cosmic consciousness would allow these borders separating us to fade away for we are all one and the same. However, cosmic consciousness is not a priority on Earth, and very few are trying to achieve it. Don’t only think of yourself as walking, but rather the ground supporting and bearing you up. In other words, everything is inseparable and integrated. The road does always rise to meet you and help you along on your journey. The entire universe is indivisible and working together harmoniously for the benefit and happiness of all. Our first exercise to demonstrate this is to float on the water. Think of the water as part of you and not a separate entity. Your body is not only floating, but also the water is buoying you up since it is an integral part of you. While you are doing this, use your respiratory muscles to inhale and exhale deeply. Then also imagine the air moving in and out of your lungs by
