One of the most influential writers of the renaissance, Michel de Montaigne, saw the crucial significance to conquer ignorance and to utilize the knowledge within every individual. He simply stated that, “There never were, in the world, two opinions alike, no more than two hairs, or two grains; the most universal quality is diversity (Michel).” Diversity of genders, races, abilities, religions, and age provide better performance from the integration brought through various backgrounds.
