The employees are required to work in traditional working hours, follow orders and be monitored by their managers all the time. They are not recognized as persons, but rather, machines. They feel confined in small space, limited in thinking and even rebellion inside, which is, in fact, detrimental to the productivity. When I was on my honeymoon vacations, my supervisor kept sending me emails, one of which regarding the campaign report presented to clients when I got back after the vacations.
