For example, the teacher tenure reform claims that, “Teacher tenure is a justifiable reward for several al years of positive evaluation of school administrators”. Based on this we must conclude that teachers, who have been working effectively for years, should receive tenure as a gift for their hard work. Tenure gives them the stability they deserve in their jobs. Moreover, Calvin Ross, a district teacher declares, “teaching in impoverished schools is a hard job, and many teachers prefer easier jobs in less troubled settings even though they love their jobs”.
