Hugs and smiles happened a lot when it comes to communicating. There were no negative words used toward the kids. Several children were crying, and by calming them down the teacher grabbed a toy or puzzle for that child to work on so they can forget about what had cause them to be sad and cry. As far as what these teachers are doing, they are doing an excellent job in communicating and interacting with the children. Some of the teachers left a child crying nonstop and that the child has to get over it herself. Teacher maybe not give up on her after telling her some many times that the child 's mom will come soon. To maybe do something fun with the child so the child won 't feel so sad anymore, Overall, that the only little area, some of the teachers did do that but some did not.
