Creating activities that build camaraderie and motivate employees is greatly beneficial in the success of the department and goals of the company. The HR department must continue to adapt to the changing world, and address potential legal issues. Assessing, the demand & supply of the product or services and even the increase need in employees will take the company to the next level. Also, growing the companies through technology, can reduce the cost and also increase prodcuctivity. Once the needs for growth are identified, figuring out what the company needs to do to reach these goal or predictions are a necessary step. The gap needs, are essential in reviewing what steps will the company have to take to obtain these goals.
