High-Performers develop leaders at all levels, (Bersin, 2012): For my personal growth in this areas I need to understand what makes high performing companies tick and how they manage to execute their decisions starting from the bottom to the top. I believe if I have to grow and become a successful leader, I cannot do this on my one, I need people to help me along the way and I also need to help other reach their maximum potential through training and mentoring.
