My last panel that I will discuss is the third Panel which is have used many visual techniques which include salience and symbols.
The First visual techniques that I have selected to use for my third panel is salience. I have chosen colour to make the salience stand out more. As you know the salience of panel three is the Japanese yen currency. As you can see in panel 3, the only symbol that is not black and white. The Japanese yen symbolisms when Dr Saskai gets a big grant from the grant when he was trying to open his own clinic.
The second visual techniques that I have elected were symbols in general. The symbols of the young Japanese girl getting treated in a private clinic which is just like when Dr Sasaki opened a private clinic to escape the aftermath of the bombing of Hiroshima. The photograph of the traditional Japanese house relates to Hiroshima because when Dr Sasaki is rejected of a loan to start up his own private clinic, he decides to use his mother’s house to open his own private clinic to help elderly men and
