In a Survey that I created I learned that out of 25 female who took the test 58.33%said their appearance was very Important ,While 41.67% of the males said their appearance was very Important. Also in the Survey I ask two question ,Do you feel that the media creates an unattainable body image for women? And Do you feel that the media creates an unattainable body image for men? For the first questions showed that out of all who took the survey 78% felt the media creates an unattainable body image and about 10% said NO it did not.The second question for the man while many said yes the media does this, the no section was bigger than the one focusing on females. It was found during the survey that most of the takers are dissatisfied with their belly and face and was proud about their hair. The media deems women who have a skinny waist and big boobs and hips are what everyone women should have,This is unlikely because the National center for health statistics say the average women is about 5’4 and weighs about 169 pounds.Women will try to go for this goal but most likely will end up having an eating disorder and be too skinny to be considered
