Day 1: Emotionally I feel like this vitality record helped me visually to see what I was eating today and what physical activity I did for my body. I am proud that I ate a lot of healthy food considering most of the food I listed are homemade. The quantities of food I intake helped me understand how much I ate for the day or how much more I should eat. For physical activity I did very well in my opinion by helping my body be fit and healthy with varieties of workout I did.
I encourage another by introducing them to a vitality record chart for them to record their healthy eating and physical activity themselves each day. I also encourage them to go to Canada’s food guide for them to have a knowledge or understanding of what a food group is and how they can be

I am satisfied on eating habits and the physical activities today. Mentally I feel great and so energetic about myself. I have confidence to myself to never slip of from my goal and try to restrain from hanger-thirst trap.
I encourage another by having confidence for them self as well. It would help them to have a positive mindset to improve on their eating habits and physical activity. It would make you feel proud of yourself.

Day 7: looking at my vitality records so far, I emotionally feel like I was in between of being a healthy person and of being an unhealthy person. This vitality record shows me that I have a long way to go to improve myself and to also briefly know what I am missing or what I should do to change on my eating habits. For physical activity, I emotionally feel satisfied that I never slack of. I want my body to be active and healthy. If I don’t have that type of body, I wouldn’t be able to exercise at all.
I encourage another by taking notes and tips of what to keep or discard in your vitality chart. I also encourage another to be courageous, and considerate to the change they are doing to
