This government structure also has a high chance of returning the country back to its communist past because of the presidential voting system. Because of the one-round plurality election, the KGC may end up getting more votes than all the other parties. This is because HAL is split into six different groups and so instead of having one big group to compete with the KGC, the HAL are split into six different groups that could all possibly end up smaller than the KGC. The first option may cause Livonia to end up being led by an extremist leader because of the long presidential term and lack of term limits. The long presidential term may cause a president to eventually become corrupt and maybe even a dictator. The lack of term limits also makes it possible for a president to constantly be reelected which may end up hurting the country even though the country voted for that president in the first place because the unlimited time in power may cause presidents to use the seat of power for their own uses rather than to improve the country. In the second system the entire government is reelected at the same time, meaning that during that time period there may be instability. There is no one overseeing the reelection process because both legislators and president are going over it, which may cause some interruptions in the government. This could cause a slow down in creating economic reforms and other legislations, which would be inefficient for the entire country. The new government may also take some time to become cohesive, which means that there may be a period of slight weakness. This would be an opportune time for a radical, charismatic leader to come in, complain about the new government and its inefficiencies and possibly overthrow it. The voting system may also make it possible for a radical leader to be elected as president. Because of the two round majoritarian election, voters may end up having to choose between KGC and Alliance of Livonian Nationalists, neither of which truly have democracy or economic reform in their
