Baldwin cites an article from the New York Times and reason why people would use earbuds in contrast of what he suggests to do. Furthermore, he shows his understanding to the opposing side’s reasoning by introducing another anecdote that support his counterargument. Tony also quotes an opposing claim from another op/ed but he does not really provide evidence from his counterargument. Unlike the other two, Agus does not cite a counterargument from different source, but he suggest a possible counterargument and accepts indeed there may be a security problem when having patients’ records electronically. Although, all three op/eds introduce possible counterarguments, they later successfully rebuttal them by providing more reliable evidence for their claims and bigger benefits for following their
