These include carpals, meta carpals and phalanges. Wrist has 8 carpal bones: Scaphoid, Lunate, Triquetral, Pisiform, Trapezoid, Trapezium, Capitate, Hamate. Bones forming the palm of the hand are metacarpals and fingers are made of bone called phalanges.
