The topic is also relevant to course as it relates to managing an organization. Although the article was very informative and had tons of information backed by research, the author did not include citations or linkages, which is why I deducted points. Also, I took off points because of idea repetition and introduced ideas that were not fully explained in the article.
Structure and Format: 15/20 – The article was organized with headers and no grammatical errors were noted. However, with ideas that were not properly placed in the body, it made reading the article hard to follow, which is why I deducted points. The introduction was well put but the conclusion needs some improvement.
Site and Access: 10/10 – I retrieved the article from HR.com which is a reliable and trusted website for articles and publications. Finding an article in the site is relative easy because their placement are in a reverse chronological order with the most recent on top, while the oldest last. Also, the site makes navigating easy with the horizontally laid out
