Romeo has completely forgot about Rosaline and is in love with Juliet. “With Rosaline, my ghostly Father? No, I have forgot that name and that name’s woe” (II.III.30). He then selfishly asks to marry Juliet and doesn’t even take her father's consent but Friar Lawrence’s.
