We kick and punch holes in their life’s, but they hang on to their god with all their might and won’t let go no matter what we do to them. So Papa says to forget about them, as their faith-wall is so high we can’t get in. But there are weaklings, like Hector here, that all we have to do is lead him by the hand by simple distractions - like scrolling “Facebook” or watching all the delightful new tv shows Papa creates, and the weakling no longer has time to read his bible or that nasty ritual called praying to his god, (Wilbur shudders) convincing himself he’s okay, one day won’t matter. One day becomes two days. Two days turns into months, than years and – THEN WE HAVE HIM!!! Ahh the joys of distractions, distractions, distractions! Time to get to work!!”
Meanwhile, across town prayers are going up for Hector’s tattered soul as warrior angels descend from on high to battle the demon forces…
