Mr. Yogendra Singla is the self-made businessman who has worked hard to set up his successful industry. He is a resident of Gurgaon, started the business of manufacturing plastic wrapping sheets in a small room with mere 5 workers on daily wages and now he is a distributer of packing materials (like Bubble sheet, wrapping sheet, form sheets, cartons and packing paper) for the whole Delhi – NCR region with a worker strength of more than 150 and running it successfully. He is also supplying materials directly to the companies requiring packing materials as well as distributing it in the market.
The factory is operational 24 hours a day in the shifts of 12 hours each.

All the contract labours are provided with housing facilities with attached kitchen and bathroom facilities. Also, Aquaguard filtered water through a water cooler are kept in the Corridors for clean and safe drinking water. There are fire extinguishers installed at small intervals in the factory.
Canteen facilities are not being provided in the factory premises as the housing to the workers falls in the premises which have attached kitchens. A tea stall is established near the entry gate of the factory providing tea to the workers.
Workers have to wear blue-colour uniforms. Workers are being provided a new pair every year.

Major role of HR in the industry is to handle the workers and scheduling their work. Attendance is maintained by HR and compensation is provided as per the working days. It is taken care by HR that fringe benefits are provided to the workers and the entire grievance report are analyzed by them to understand the mindset of the workers in the factory.

For Contract workers, the demands and grievances are noted by the supervisor of the contractor. There is a meeting set with the contractors once in every month and respective matters are raised and actions are taken.
For permanent workers, the workers file their grievances to the supervisors, who deals with the issue. If the issue is not solved within a month or it is out of his power, the manager of the respective department takes the responsibility.
