The professional standards that hey use consist of postmodernism, eclecticism, rationalism, modular architecture, and modernism. These are factors that can be seen that influence in Radic’s work in how he implies simplicity to its design and yet functionally effective as to what he attempts to approach. Another factor that influences his foundation comes from Pre-Columbian, colonial, neoclassical, and the 19th and 20th century, which its architectural style is noticeable throughout Chile. There are architectural sites that have properly been stated to be historical heritage monuments. On the east of Chile, there are sites that are built from stone that reflect the influence of this architectural style. There were 47 houses made from stone masonry around the area and the roofs and walls of these houses are painted in white, black, and red.
