Ethical companies are defined as those that do not cause damage to the environment, or pay a low salary to their employees, use child labor, or produce products which are detrimental or dangerous for humans lives or the environment. Nowadays, ethics in business has become more vital because many companies are only interested in making money, regardless of how much pollution is caused to people or even to nature (environmental pollution). Failure to comply is serious and could result in an offence under environmental legislation which can be criminally prosecuted. So companies should to establish their business in the zones legally allocated to reduce the impact of noise and air pollution in residential areas, and to ensure the safety of their employees of occupational hazards.
